Thou shalt work with affected industry standards and self-regulation. 4. Thou shalt publicly admit thy mistakes. 5. Thou shalt get involved in appropriate social programmes. 6. Thou shalt help correct environmental problems. 7. Thou shalt monitor the changing social environment. 8. Thou shalt establish and enforce a business code of conduct. 9. Thou shalt take needed public stands on social issues. 10. Thou shalt strive to make profits on an ongoing basis.

Compile a social responsibility programme for your business or a business you are familiar with. Make sure that your business example can afford the programme that you are designing. Creative but less costly methods can be as valuable. Include the social responsibility programme in your portfolio.
