The decision-making process must be seen as a guideline to assist managers to become better decision-makers. It is not an attempt to change decision-making styles or even personalities of people. The decision-making process is broken down into different steps. Only complex decisions will require a detailed step-by-step discussion. It will however be worth your while to try to incorporate this method in your daily decision-making. The quality of your decisions will improve.
