Elements of (Management/Habits) contain knowledge, skills and desire.

She goes to gym three times a week but never on a weekend (including Friday). Natasha has an EBM test at 09:00 on Friday. She also has a part time job as a shop assistant on Saturday’s from 08:00 until 14:00. It is her friend Faith’s birthday party Saturday evening which she must attend. Her dad’s birthday is also coming up and she must get a present for him this week. Natasha also enjoys going to Church on Sundays.

Theo also has a sales area where he sells hair and beauty products such as shampoo, conditioner and hair gel. He has located his salon to a new shopping complex, situated in a busy residential area. Theo is quite charismatic and has an excellent marketing plan. He advertises in the local newspaper, hosts hair and beauty competitions and gives discount vouchers on Groupon.

Draw up a programme for a teambuilding exercise that Theo wants to hold on a Sunday from 08h00 to 18h00 for his staff in the salon.

14. Kulula Sibiya is a successful self-made businesswoman, operating a bookshop called Chapters close to the local university. The shop stocks textbooks for all tertiary education students and supplies stationery and computer consumables to students, businesses and schools in the area. Chapters are even supplying a couple of government departments with stationery. Kulula employs 15 staff members ranging from packers to accounting officers.
