3. Will I be able to get enough money together to start this? (How?)
4. What is/are the critical success factor(s) for this idea?
5. In what way do I meet these requirements?
6. How can I overcome them? (if you don’t meet them)
7. Will I make a profit from this idea?

A winning idea ... • will make money now and in a few years’ time • sounds good to both your friends and strangers • is easy to market or promote • is something that a growing number of people (customers) will need • encourages repeat purchases • customers will buy this product even if they are poor (short of money) • you will make money even if your sales are down • is something you want to do • is legal
