Save as in Word using an appropriate file e.g. Mail merge awards letter. Do not close this file but leave open on screen.
We will continue with the mail merge process, using the method described in details below –
Select Mailings tab 1. Start Mail Merge Click on Normal Word Document
2. Select recipients Use existing list Select Normal Word Documents Select file (the file name that you gave the list of recipients) Click OK
3. Insert Merge Field Te main document is on the screen, replace your typed “Merge Fields” i.e. delete your typed merge fields and replace with the same field from the Insert Merge Field button.
4. Preview results Te merged letters will be presented
5. Finish & Merge button Print documents
